No. Buddy talks directly to the asynq-agentd daemon running on your Mac over your own network. We can't see your code even if we wanted to.
Yes. Agents run locally, so your Mac has to stay awake and online while they work. A Mac Mini or a docked MacBook is ideal - on a laptop, enable "prevent sleep" or keep it plugged in with the lid open.
